It’s no wonder this piece by Nadia of Mama Tita is entitled “Wonder Castle.” Beautiful from every angle, especially when backlit. Pair it with paper princes and princesses and paper horses and it’ll truly be paperly ever after.
I have much (and mad) respect for anyone who can play the guitar. I tried my hands at many a instrument in my youth but could not hold a tune or rhythm to save my life. Yet, life went on.
I also have much (and mad) respect for the electric paper guitar or rather paper electric guitar pictured above. I wouldn’t mind hanging one of these on my wall, provided that my guests wouldn’t request a song or two from me!
Talk about wall paper! I am madly in love with the idea of adorning a wall with pages from a book (or several books depending on the size of the wall and size of the book). Granted, this probably wouldn’t be practical if I was the mom of 8, 9, or 10 kids (which I’m not!).
Pure awesome, is all I can say about these cardboard miniatures by Dan McPharlin. Pure awesome with a side of awesome. See more here.
Valentine’s Day (or Singles Awareness Day as I used to refer to it when I was single) is fast-approaching. I usually don’t decorate my home for holidays except for Christmas, but I would like to start a tradition every February by creating really simplistic heart-shaped decor and adorning little pockets around my home.

Chess anyone? This work of art by People Too is ridiculously stunning. I adore every minute detail, right down to the expression on the mens faces! Truly a marvel, no?

The work of Anouk Kruithof, Dutch artist who lives and works in Berlin, is stunning to say the least. I enjoyed this bit from her about page:
The starting point is her personal experience or fascination with a subject and in her project based work she combines the conceptual thinking with aesthetics.
